Настоящая перевозка, независимо от любого соглашения об обратном, регулируется Конвенцией о договоре международной дорожной перевозки грузов (КДПГ). This carriage is subject, notwithstanding any clause to the contrary, to the Convention on the Contract for the International Carriage of Goods by Road (CMR).
