How the account works
Create a shipment
Enter the parties, goods and route, and upload the contract, invoice, packing list and CMR. Your company details are filled in from the register.
02Fill in documents from samples
Every field is highlighted and explained: what to write, where to find the data, and an example. The check shows where numbers, dates and CMRs do not match.
03Send to a broker
Choose a broker from the official list and send the set in one click. Replies and statuses appear in the shipment card.
What we do not do
- we do not file declarations or represent you before customs — a broker does that;
- we do not issue EUR.1s, certificates or permits — the competent authorities do;
- we do not sell company databases or collect their contacts;
- payment and rate calculations are for reference; the broker calculates the amount payable in the declaration.
FAQ
Does the service file the customs declaration?
No. The service helps you prepare and cross-check documents and hand the set to a broker. Declarations and official clearance are handled by the broker and the competent authorities.
Does the service issue EUR.1 certificates?
No. You can prepare a draft application with the shipment data. The certificate is issued by the competent authority under the established procedure.
How does the service determine which documents are needed?
The list is guidance based on the Customs Code and clearance practice. The broker confirms the final set.
Does the service read uploaded files?
No. You enter document numbers and dates when uploading, and the rest of the data in the shipment card. The check compares them with each other.
Are uploaded originals changed?
No. Corrections go into the shipment data and new versions of the drafts. A corrected document is uploaded as a new version; the previous one stays in the history.
Where is the data stored?
In a secure database and private file storage. Access is limited to members of your organization and the broker you sent the set to; the broker's link is valid for 14 days.
Where does company data come from, and why is my company missing?
From the open ASP and EDR (ЄДР) registers. The directory lists legal entities; we do not show sole traders or peasant farms. A new company appears after the next register export.
How up to date is the information in the articles?
Every article has a verification date and a list of sources. Law changes with a future date are in the changes feed.
What is free?
The guide, templates, directories, exchange rate, queues and changes feed. Only the business account is paid.
